The place was very clean and tidy, well laid out. Just a few little things that made it not "5". Couldn't get ceiling fan to work in bedroom, bedroom furniture pretty old. The location is fine but super busy on loud street so not for light sleepers (me).

Great space, comfortable, generally modern, and well equipped. Fantastic area to be in with respect to Kailua-Kona as you can walk to all restaurants, shops, shared bike locations, and a few local beaches.On-site laundry was a wonderful plus and the shared parking space really came in handy in a village with not a lot of available parking.I would definitely book this space again!

Great location! It was very close to the wedding venue and not nearly as noisy as I would have thought it would be. Would stay here again
