Ocean-View Condo in the Heart of Kona | Walk to Shops, Beaches & Dining

The owner is very accommodating. Appliances are great, There is even an assortment of beach toys including chairs, cooler, boogie boards. The unit is very comfortable and clean. It’s definitely a plus where it’s located. Walking distance to restaurants and stores but you will be in the heart of the tourist community and a very busy part of town. The downside of that is that it’s very noisy at night. Random times in the middle of the night there would be vehicles tearing down the street very loudly or people shouting. This is no fault of the owner and the only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars.

Very nice place, well located, good parking

Enjoyed the restaurants near the property. Loved On the Rocks located on the water with music every night. It was nice having app kitchen and a nice balcony to enjoy my morning coffee on every morning

Great location, very safe, clean and well stocked unit. Felt like home. Even there are beach chair, coolers, beach toys etc. Beds are comfortable, ample sheets, towels etc. I will certainly come back.
