Spacious 2-Bedroom + Loft @ the Kona Coast Resort

We were given instructions to check in with the front office upon arrival. I was told to be ready with your room number and a photo ID. At first the front office acted like they didn’t have a reservation for us, so naturally I was panicking. That got figured out. Whew! Once we arrived the place smelled clean and everything looked pretty nice. We shopped for groceries and we were deciding what we were going to make for dinner. The cookware was old and scratched up and needs to be replaced. The range hood was coated in grease and was dripping down the backsplash. The bedrooms were nice as was the living room and dining area. The cushions on some of the patio furniture is stained up, but the lanai was pleasant in the mornings and the evenings. There were 3 nights where guests with several children in the unit below us were very loud and obnoxious. I messaged and called the host and someone from the property security came and spoke with the family, but around midnight they were slamming doors, stomping and running through the unit. On the second night of this behavior I reached out to the host again I was told to call 911 to get this family to settle down. The host also talked over me and was completely dismissive about the noise. They sent a message saying security was coming to speak with me and the unit below. They never showed up. I didn’t reach out the third night because it wouldn’t have done any good.

Thank you it was very clean. (As a mom of 3 boys I definitely appreciate that) I loved how big the kitchen was. There were a ton of things in this one condo to keep little ones busy for hours. Also a lot more room than pictures show. Although mine are not little anymore there was a high chair and pack and play for mom with littles. Thank you so much! This was a great price as well!

The property was spacious, clean, and offered plenty of areas to relax. The location was excellent, and the unit had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The host was very accommodating. The kitchen was fully equipped, though we chose to use paper plates and utensils. Our family had a wonderful time, and we would definitely return if the unit is available.

We have been coming to this resort for 25 years with a timeshare trade so it was nice to find a property that we could bring our family to onsite. Having three bathrooms was great and full kitchen. Those older units are large, it’s a great location and it worked out well for us all.
